I am having a problem since nearly a week.

All of my used history is gone. I am not able to look into my data and use the chats I created before. I think that I am not able to look into my usual homepage of chat gpt. Also I am not able to use my chat gpt 4 function. I am logged in and it shows me the notification that I havecontin to upgrade my account to use it.

Since I am paying the montly rate continiously I do not get why it is not working.

Could you please check if there is an issue with my account?

There is not Help button at all. Neither in the User Menu nor the botton of this site. Also the side panel doesn't provide such athing like a help button
